WebCT Instructions

You can find an explanation of how to use WebCT at:
http://webct.sfasu.edu/web-ct/help/en/mywebct/mywebct_about.html

If you have not already done so, you should go to:
http://www.oit.sfasu.edu/webct/getid.html
and follow the instructions there about accessing WebCT.
(Any email account is OK for the course - the important
thing is that you check it every day.) You will be automatically
loaded into the WebCT course soon after you register.

You can enter a WebCT course through Campus Pipeline

Logon to Campus Pipeline at http://cp.sfasu.edu
click School Services,
choose a semester,
click the WebCT button beside the course name.

You can enter a WebCT course through the entry page

Logon to http://webct.sfasu.edu
Enter your Campus Pipeline ID and PIN
Click on the course name

Some web browser versions do not work well for WebCT. You can check yours
by going to:
http://www.webct.com/exchange/viewpage?name=exchange_browser_tuneup

You will need to have Javascript enabled on your browser (but not
Java applets, which I recommend your not enabling). (Campus Pipeline seems to
require Jave applets too.)

Under Study Tools there is a section for student homepages. You can easily
create a page to tell something about yourself if you like. You will also be able
to read about other class members who create a page.
