Catalog Description: 1 semester hour. Specialized course designed to provide students with the opportunity to meet and discuss business topics with executives from various industries and companies. Executives will address key business management issues from their unique positional and organizational perspectives. Pass/Fail. (May not be used to fulfill major or minor requirements in Management).
Prerequisite: Senior standing. Pass/Fail. (May not be used to fulfill major or minor requirements in Management).
Course Objectives: Upon completion, student should be able to: 1) appreciate how high level business executives think about their individual businesses; and 2) determine the skills and attitude needed for success in management.

Evaluation: Student grades are based on attendance. A student should attend every session for a "Pass" grade. If there are more than two absences, a student will receive a "Fail" grade.

Course Content: Individual guest speakers will offer information on a variety of current issues, trends, and challenges facing their respective organizations. Students should be prepared to discuss topics presented by individual speakers. The success of this course depends on the active participation of all students who enroll in the course.
