Catalog Description: Management processes and practices in international business operations. Examination of managerial functions, such as planning, organizing, communicating, staffing, motivating and controlling, in terms of the international business environment.

Prerequisites: MGT 370 and senior standing

Course Objectives: Upon completion, the student should be able to:

Current Textbook: Contact course coordinator for current textbook.

Evaluation: At least two examinations should be administered. These may be subjective and/or objective in nature and should be sufficient to assess major aspects of student course performance. Examinations should address both lecture and text material. Other types of evaluation may be used at the instructor's discretion.
