Catalog Description: - An overall examination and evaluation of the most current and progressive ideas and techniques in the field of management, including a study of organization theory, interpersonal relationships, and motivational systems.

Prerequisite: Recommended for students with no management background.

Course Objectives: Upon completion of the course, the student will understand basic theories and insights drawn from the field of management and will be able to apply that understanding to organizational settings.

Evaluation: Student performance will be measured through examinations, case analyses, project reports, and project presentations.   Other types of evaluation mechanisms may be employed at the discretion of the professor.
